Tuesday, tough day for me.. These loses they stick with me. Frustrating night on the pitch last night. Then I leave the field feeling good.. and by the time I get home my old body feels broken. Something wrong with my hip flexor, ankle and knee. Falling apart!

So made a decision and going to try cryotherapy today! See how it makes my old body feel young again??!?!

Man I am truly bummed Only Murders in the Building is no longer on, gotta find another new show, but have been just meh on everything new so far.
