15 days between posts, so I am not getting better on this.

I am still not sure of the new direction for the daily board. However, I am sure that I still have two more Messages to finish my recap of 2023!

I don't do Top 10 lists of shows or movies, but what I do like is to highlight the BEST scenes for everything I have seen and watched. So here goes, in no particular order.

Spoilers for sure.. but again, it's all from last year.

The Last of Us  - The first episode. The opening. A claustrophic slow build into a powerful loss of a daughter loss. It's a brutal gut punch but it sets the tone for the whole series and rocks.

Poker Face - Episode 3: The reveal that the movie Okja caused him to quit the meat game, was just awesome. The series was by far one of my favorite things I have watched in a long time. Each episode was fantastic and constantly subverted your expectations. Plus little reveals and moments like this were awesome.

Will Trent - Episode 13, I have a note about it being really tense and good. So I am guessing it was. Will have to included more next year.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3, No Sleep Till Brooklyn, fantastic action scene, uses one of my favorite songs and they are doing a single take. It's awesome. The No Sleep till Brooklyn scene in Super Marios Bros, was also a lot of fun.

Dungeons and Dragons - the anti heist, putting the portal in the loot. Maybe it was going in with low expectations, however this movie was really good.. and this scene the high point. Full marks for creative heists.
