Amazon Prime has Them, an anthology series that explores terror in America. The first season, subtitled “Covenant,” centers on a Black family in the 1950s who moves from North Carolina to an all-white Los Angeles neighborhood during the period known as The Great Migration.

HBO Max is also getting The New Mutants.. which I didn't mind, but definitely thought it was missing something. Also on Sunday, they are premiering The Nevers.. which I am really excited about. Victorian women find themselves with unusual abilities, relentless enemies and a mission that may change the world.

After the genre mash-up of Lovecraft Country (easily one of my favorite series of the last year.. ) I am really excited about this one. Only one episode, but I am excited.
